Baby hairs or breakage?

I have had these little hairs at the top of my head, I thought they might have just been new hairs because I just went through hairlosss and began oiling my head and taking vitamins. The ends are thin (no split ends though whatsoever) I’ll attach an image of other regrowth that I have had and I will let you guys decide. My hair is curly (3b btw)
