Oily/Resilient
| 18 April, 2022
My absolute favourite thing about this product is its convenient packaging. It's travel friendly and can easily fit even in your small purses.
đ§My Experience: My first impression wasn't that great. There's a mild fragrance that reminds me of syringes, but it doesn't linger long so not too bothersome. Further, I couldn't help thinking my skin felt heavy on application.
The product blends nicely, has no white cast, and does not pill. So kudos to that! The texture is light enough to be non greasy, a better formulation than Neutrogena sunscreen in that sense.
The packaging states to avoid the eye area & they aren't kidding. My eyes tingled a lot, not coz the product went in my eyes. It wasn't exactly in my under eye area too, but a little must have been accidentally applied, and yet I felt the urge to splash my eyes with water.
After a week or so, the stinging & burning eyes sensation was no longer. I realised why my skin felt heavy too. It's so, so hot in summers, we are already sweating, and this sunscreen is not sweatproof. On its application, I could sense some sweat on my face after a while. It's not too heavy on my skin, but heavy enough to make my face sweat.

WHAT IS IT?đ
Sunscreen w/ high UVA & UVB protection-SPF 50+. It could be considered a hybrid sunscreen as itâs formulated with mostly chemical & 1 mineral filters. Protects skin from harsh sun damage, darkening of PIH & promotes well ageing. Best suited for oily & combo skin typesâşď¸
PERSONAL EXPERIENCEđđ˝ââď¸
A must try if you enjoy a satin finishđ¤Š
Thoroughly enjoyed every bit of this sunscreen. Itâs light weight & moisturising. Appreciate that itâs formulated to control oil production! Titanium Dioxide is added but, it doesnât leave a cast on my skin which is greatđđ˝! I must note that while it dries down, it pilled if I touched at it, however, once dried down it didnât pil. It doesnât sting my eyes unprovoked- only if I touched my eyes shortly after application. Reapplies well! Works well with the 2 finger method & applies easily. It absorbs seamlessly. Itâs non sticky, doesnât make me greasy throughout the day & didnât clog my pores/break me out. I wish the bottle is a bit bigger thoughđĽş. Mine is officially emptyđ
Iâm really impressed & will 100% repurchase!

I have tried the older version, and I can say that I get different experience with the new one. Eventhough the claim is having matte finish, on me it tends to feel dewy. It doesn't leave white cast and really easy to blend.
I bought it when there's more than 50% discount, so for me it was a good deal.
Idk why, but this new version tends to peel. I try to minimize the peeling by skipping moisturizer (the sunscreen is moisturizing enough), and it works (still peeling, but not as bad as when I use moisturizer beforehand).
And I feel ut melts when I'm in a humid condition, so usually I only wear this indoors.

I've been using this sunscreen from L'Oreal for almost a month. sunscreen. In my opinion, this latest from L'Oreal, , is really suitable for oily skin owners like me. The texture is a bit creamy, and according to the claim it's really not sticky, and leaves no residue. The finish from this sunscreen is really matte, which I think is really suitable for oily skin. When applied, this sunscreen gives a slight cooling sensation. And it also takes time for the sunscreen to absorb completely. This sunscreen on my skin doesn't make me pilling at all.
What I love the most from this sunscreen, the finish is really matte, and the texture is really light and doesn't feel heavy at all. Overall, I think this sunscreen will be one of my favorite sunscreens. I also recommend this sunscreen for those of you with oily skin. Actually, I've also tried the old version L'Oreal matte & fresh sunscreen before. The old matte & fresh L'Oreal sunscreen was the first sunscreen I tried. But, I don't know why does the old version always make my face feel itchy when I use it. So I stopped using it at that time. A few years later they released this updated version. And fortunately this new one can suits my skin and doesn't make my face itchy anymore.
Nothing bad happened to me no negative reaction at all.

In my opinion, even though it claims to be matte, this sunscreen doesn't feel heavy on the face at all, it's easy when you want to apply sunscreenđđť and it's not sticky at all
but this sunscreen has a pretty strong smell.
