Red bumps on my shoulders right before summer?! 😩 What is happening?

Recently I noticed some red bumps/rashes on my shoulders — they’re itchy, annoying, and honestly make me feel insecure in sleeveless clothes. 😞 I think it might be due to the heat, sweat, or maybe a reaction to some product I used? Has anyone dealt with this before? What helped you clear it up?
