If they are itchy I would say it’s contact dermatitis. So you’ve used something you’re allergic too. Take note of washing powder, creams you’ve used and don’t use them. Change to sensitive washing powder and creams.

Recently I noticed some red bumps/rashes on my shoulders — they’re itchy, annoying, and honestly make me feel insecure in sleeveless clothes. 😞
I think it might be due to the heat, sweat, or maybe a reaction to some product I used?
Has anyone dealt with this before? What helped you clear it up?
I’d love any product recommendations or routines that worked for you — especially lightweight, non-comedogenic options I can use during summer.
