I think it is what it been advertised. A gentle ph balance facial wash. Cleaning face without over strip our natural moisturizer. I don’t feel any irritation or tightness after wash my face with it. I got this during watsons sale and one tube i guess...

Take some time to dissolve and it could be more moisture.
