It's a liquid solution with a strong scent. It kinda reminds me of a scent my grandma used which for me is way too strong, but I believe some people might love it.

Too much glitter and shimmer, but I also think it’s a really pretty product. I don’t have a problem. That’s the only thing I have to say bad about and if you add too much, it will be more oily but other than that it’s good.

The scent can be a bit strong at first, and if you spray too much it can weigh the hair down a little.
