I used this one by spraying it directly on the scalp (when my hair was towel dried) and rubbing it gently in. It comes out easily and feels nice on the scalp.

However, I found that this one made my hair appear and feel drier and more "damaged" than usual, unfortunately, and I did not notice any changes in hair density.
