I really like using the smothing prep serum after ive rinsed out my conditioner, i apply around a 5p ampunt rubbed between my hands then smoothed down my hair before i apply my stylers, i find it really helps with from humidity and also gives me hea...

Although it's marketed as lightweight I find if I use.any more than a 5p amount then i starts to get into slightly heavy so I use sparingly
