The packaging is secure, love the concept. This product melts after it touched the skin, I used this to cleanse heavy make up and it works well.

TBH, I don't like the smell of the product, well this is for sensitive skin so no fragrance which is good but still the smell is a bit unique(it tooks 3/4 usage til I accustomed with the smell)
