Heat shielding, protein spray for all types of curls. Reduces frizz overall.The shield is used to prep for scrunching, but I'm using already wet hair. It may work better with drier hair. Easy to use spray pump, lightweight bottle. Will continue to us...

Some people have complained about the smell but I liked it. It is rather pricey.
