This helped my calm my redness and removed tiny bumps from my skin.You only need a pea sized amount to lather into a dense foam.
This is a bit drying but you can always use a hydrating toner and serum.

It has artificial citrus scent which i personally don’t like. It claims to remove makeup but I don’t think it would remove waterproof mascara that well.
