This isn’t the rose balm but it’s in the same line. It’s actually super hydrating. The sparkle of it really attracted me! Its a beautiful lip balm & the packaging is so gorgeous. Super luxurious!
The swatch wasn’t giving. I expected more of a spark since it’s called Spark Balm. It lost all its glitter once I started swatching it. It also gave off no shade. It’s really just a simple balm.
