This toner is very hydrating and the consistency of it feels so good folllowed by the rice serum. This is for sure in my daily skincare.

Great rice toner. It’s extremely lightweight and goes on smoothly. I like to apply this after cleansing my face. My skin feel hydrated and smooth. I definitely noticed feels smoother and my complexion is more even.
