This toner is most suitable for acne skin to use because it already mentions pro acne. It can easily buy at Watson at a valuable price. When you use it has some bubbles is a normal situation and can control the acne oil. Cheap and valuable.

I would say this product is quite effective because it controls the sebum secretion of my face, i also love that it's in liquid form which allow me to apply it with cotton pad on my face as long as I want
