Packaging with tapered snout makes it easy to dispense from the 30mL bottle. Milky white liquid is actually waterlight in consistency. No white cast when applied. Matte finish.

Not exactly an ease to apply because though liquid, it's not smooth to glide on skin. Also, sometimes I feel it itches a little minutes after I apply it. I don't know if it's because of the hint of fragrance in it or other substance. Or maybe because...
