I've been using this product twice a day for ~3 months. Though generally I find eye serums to be a scam, this is a fantastic product. I have hallowed eyes and hyperpigmentation, and this product has been helping to lessen the hyperpigmentation drasti...

It's marketed as being able to go under makeup. However the product is glittery, so I'd advise against it unless skin products are higher coverage.
