Problem Solution Toner

This is my fave going out toner because it controls sebum well. It has ingredients like Willow Bark and Licorice help to prevent maskne. Very gentle and lightweight.

Has the usualy "bad" ingredients of Belif like tea tree, bergamot, eucalyptus which can be sensitizing to some but never did for me. Also a bit pricey
