the packaging is okay, it's nice to carry around too, the texture is very milky and very soft, and it's quite gentle, it doesn't irritate my skin .

No. Even though this is gentle, it does not completely remove makeup. It's not an effective cleanser. I don't really like the scent as well. and it is very difficult to remove eye make up

It didnt fully remove my make up so badd even my eyeshdow and eyeliner cannot being removed
