Just mediocre it is moisturizing and does work for my eyes. Does not irritate or sting my eyes but I did not really see any results after using the entire bottle. I did not notice less puffy eyes either, I think all it did was moisturize

It feels nice and is deeply moisturizing. My eyes are prone to dry flakes and this balm has really helped. It’s more of a cream texture than a balm, which I prefer.
