i like everything that i bought from huxley but i especially love the scent. Some people dislike it but i like it so much

Since I focus more on the hydrating properties of toners, I don’t use a cotton pad for added exfoliation. Once the liquid hits my palm, I’ll just slap the stuff on and wait for it to dry. The toner is refreshing and feels just like water on the skin....
