Works great on me! It gets rid of my hormonal pimples by the next day or two. It is also pretty lightweight so i dont really feel it on my face.
It caused a scar on my friend when they used it. Most likely because they took the patch off roughly. Be careful peeling off the patch and you should be good! It also usually takes more than one patch to get rid of a pimple.

It does a decent job. I prefer this over the over cosrx version. After using two patches on the same area my pimple shrunk. It's pretty big in size for the patches and comes with many patches and sizes.

I can't find a second acne patch as good as these. It not only absorb the zit from the acne, it also reduce the redness making my face flawless in a night. LOVE IT. SUPER EFFECTIVE.
There's nothing bad about it to mention to be honest.
