I think you need to be realistic about the expectations of this product. It is not going to reduce large, cracked lines. But it does soften and smooth cracked lips. You wake up with a more beautiful pout for it!

Not a huge fan of the 100% natural and preservative free stuff though, again, natural doesnt mean it's better and safe and preservative is not harmful with the right amount of it.
