It's not oily when applied to the skin.
I don't know why but when I apply this I had pimples coming out.

No improvement. Been using for 2 days only though.
Didn't make my skin less oily. I tried it for 2 days only though. But you can't feel any significant improvement once applied. It's also very runny and wastes a lot if you're not too careful.
