Kojic Plus+ Facial Wash

I have combo skin and terrible hyperpigmentation after my acne dries out so I tried using this product. I've been only using this for over a week. My acne got worse on the chin area after using it for few days. I don't know if it's purging or my skin...

Smells like detergent soap. Sticky on the face (and hands too). I'm using it twice daily, it's a bit drying. Worsened my red spots.
