Ehhh. It looks nice on the shelf. There are way better toner’s even just from Paula’s Choice

I got this bc it was supposed to be soothing and for sensitive skin. It gave me a horrible red rash for a week the first time i used it! I wanted to like it but i do like the other PC toners, it’s just this specific toner was horrible for me. Bad sme...
