OMG! Red Oil to Foam Cleanser

I use this as a second cleanser, it does the job in cleansing the grimes off my face and I do like that my skin feels soft and plump after cleansing.

Contrary to their description this is not an oil to foam cleanser coz it has a gel like texture, it does not turn milky rather it foams a bit when added with water. It has overpowering floral scent which I'm not a fan of. I dislike the squeaky clean...
