It can be used on top of sunscreen as a primer or under a toned up sunscreen. It does help with makeup to stay up longer. It can be used as a moisturizer too.

It is quite rich and I feel that it may be too rich for oily skin. But you can use very little instead, especially if you have used other hydrating serums already.

Really helps provide a smooth canvas on face for foundation to prevent appearance of cakeyness and dry flakes. I have areas of dry flakes on my acne scars and chin but this prevents my foundation from flaking and caking up.

Has a rose scent that may bother some people. Although there is scent, I did not have any breakouts.
