The only thing i can think of is the price point. It runs over $100CAD, and I think thats whats turns a lot of people off of it. Thry could buy a lot for that, thats not a simple face neck serun.

I love the Applicator the roller works ao well. I have noticed an extrem diffrence in the loose skin on my neck.
