This is one of the hardest Garnier Micellar's to find, but like most similar products, it's around $8. I love the increase in hydration from the regular kind so isy worth it.

Definitely helps remove makeup or skincare products. Has a watery texture. Non-scented. Very affordable. Lasts for a long time. Packaging is recyclable. Contains ingredients like Aloe, which is soothing, and Hyaluronic Acid, which is hydrating.
It does leave a surfactant type residue. I prefer to rinse it off.
