Trouble Relieving Time Toner
This is a really good toner and super affordable as well! I use this all over, not just face. It’s refreshing and soothing, not irritating and safe for acne prone skin. Lasts such a long time, it easily spreads out.
Very watery and the product slightly pills. My issue is that I like to layer all my skin care, so I layer my body care as well. I notice this tends to pill a bit when adding cream or oils over it…no matter how long you wait in between. Other than tha...
