Peptide 7 Real Eye Balm

This is kind of the first time I do not have good things to say about a product, one could be that the increased are supposed to be good for your under eyes, for me this product is not working at all.

The thing is this balm is incredibly sticky, is has a glue like texture, I actually feel my eyes stick and it does not seem to actually penetrate the skin, it is just sitting on top sticking everything. After all of this, the product contains fragran...
