O2 3 Seconds Toner

Thus is a very hydrating toner. It doesn't leave my skin feeling sticky. Just plumped and hydrated.

It is such a thick consistency that it needs a bit of effort to get it out of the bottle. It is almost as thick as a serum and is scented. It also has a scent but it is very fresh and does not linger on the skin.
