Perfecting Toner, Wrinkle Therapy with CoQ10 & Rosehip

I really liked the consistency of this toner and my skin felt plump afterwards.

While my skin felt plump, it didnt look any plumper than usual. I got through half a bottle before giving up. Also, on really humid days i felt like it sort of sat on the surface for too long.
