Along with cranberry, this refiner has rosehip powder, vitamin c, rye seed extract, & manuka honey. It’s supposed to help remove excess dead skin cells, fade discoloration, & hydrate. I massaged a dime-size amount on my face & left it on for about 5 ...

It did have a scent so if you’re sensitive to scents, this might not work for you.
