Received this for free from holly houx for my honest review! Its fresh, cool smells really good and clean and it didnt break out my face

Its a little heavier than i like my toners to be its kinda thick too so when i put it in a spray bottle it didnt spray out right, also its like some kinda of oily feeling when you put it on like a serum instead of a toner
