Purely Bright Micellar Water

I really like the water texture and when you apply it to clean your lips it's not bitter. and can remove waterproof makeup and lipstick. he doesn't smell good either. and does not make the face oily

In my opinion, eyeliner or makeup that is super waterproof has to be cleaned twice because you can't just apply it once. overall i like the texture and i always use it after makeup from outside
