It’s a very gentle cleanser, so it won’t be rough on your skin at all. Leaves my skin feeling very smooth.

Personally, I have a combination skin and currently acne as well and it did not help with that at all. I feel like it was too gentle for my skin to properly clean the dirt and sweat.
