xinxin review for Rice Toner

I used this a while back, so this review is largely based on my YesStyle review written last year. This toner sinks into the skin immediately and feels very hydrating, even during the winter. It gives a nice, healthy glow and its brightening effects are evident with just a few weeks of use. The (old) glass packaging felt super luxurious and made me feel like royalty every time I used it 😂 This has no/ little scent, but strangely enough, it made the biore Aqua essence sunscreen smell even better 🤔🤔
