It easily dries down even-though it can be slightly tacky at first . 🧜🏾‍♀️ Personal opinion - This toner comes in a clear blue plastic bottle with a screw top and a safety cap dispenser which was easy to dispense. It is a 50% HA aqueous solution with aqueous ampoule formulation. This formula contains 5 types of HA with different molecular levels, works by penetrating deep into layers of skin, providing hydration layer by layer . As this is a HA toner , it is best to apply on damp skin as applying on dry skin will cause the skin to feel drier , giving a “tight” feeling. Normally, I apply 1-2 layers of this toner before proceeding to the Isntree Hyaluronic Acid Water Essence . On the days I feel my skin needs extra attention, I use the 7 Skin Method . In short, it’s layering on three to seven layers of toner or an essence-and-toner-in-one immediately after cleansing. This method plumps my skin better and gives a post sheet mask glow. Besides hydrated & plump skin, my skin is also soothed when there is any irritation or dryness.
