Ambra review for Real Fit Retinol Serum

My very first retinol product… I have chosen on purpose a very very mild retinol formula to start on retinol and slowly getting my skin used to it… I start using it once per week, than twice, than one/two days. Good plan ? Bad plan ?? I cannot say ! For sure it did not harm my skin but I cannot see anything different using this product… of course … it’s not really retinol but « retinyl palmitate » which needs to be metabolise into the skin. So probably at the end not much retinol is in the skin. Nevertheless, this product allows to start on an active molecule very gently and it allows me to go on real retinol now. Will I advice this product ? Yes, for a first timer yes. Will I repurchase it ? Probably not as I could not see any effect on my skin. The product itself has a milky colour with a strange dusty smell that does not last. It is very easily adsorbed and usually I let it stay 15 min before applying another product. It does not sting, it is not tacky, I would even say it’s pretty soothing as the main ingredient is calendula. It also last 3 months but it’s not a problem to finish it on time.
