Initially I was a bit weirded out with the idea and not gonna lie, it took me a hot minute to get past the mental image of a snail crawling over me 😵💫🐌and the texture didn’t really help with that. I actually stopped using it at the beginning and only reintroduced it since it was nearing the expiration date (hate wasting product). I used it religiously every night and now that I have gone through the bottle, I have to admit I am really sad. It has a stringy texture between fingers but once it is spread over the face, it doesn’t really feel sticky or tacky. It gives the face an instant glow and makes the skin feel so soft. It helps with hydration and overall skin health.
All in all I really want to repurchase this product. Alas, I didn’t fully appreciate it at first 😓 and bought a bunch of other serums with snail mucin (so the texture wouldn’t be as stringy). So I have to force myself to not get another bottle before I finish them 🙅🏻♀️. I have tried other snail products one - that has more of a gel texture (still a bit stringy but not nearly as much) but I still prefer this product…Definitely worth checking this product…. 😍
