Claims: 💗 Helps acne and blemishes 💗 Hydrating 💗 Moisturizing 💗 Pore care 💗 Restore skin barrier 💗 Dual-layer has a golden ratio of a water-based layer and a creamy layer that delivers the effect of two toners when shaken right before application. Key Ingredients: 🌿 Madecassoside (centella asiatica extract) to soothe sensitive skin. 🧴 Ceramides to reinforce skin moisture barrier. Packaging/color: Colorless, cloudy bottle with black twist off cap. Product is half white and cloudy, half pale pink. Texture/scent: Light but also somehow feels creamy? There is light, kind of floral fragrance. Usage: Use daily, day and night, after cleansing and before your serum and moisturizer. Shake well to mix the liquid layer and cream layer before application. Apply gently all over your face. There may be temporary residue; pat gently or allow the product to absorb into the skin with time. My Experience: I really enjoy this toner! It's easy to layer, and even tho it says it might leave some residue behind, I haven't experienced that. I apply with a cotton pad tho so maybe it would be different if I just used my fingers.
