OG Review 12/14/21: I received the Re-turn 2-Week Solutions Duo for free from @go.picky @pickyrewards and @skinrxlab_us in exchange for my honest review. I live in a dry climate and am currently in my winter season. I have dehydrated oily skin and this isn't too thick for me as a nighttime cream. Usually around this time of year, my skin is very tight and flaky.
I've been using this set for just under a month, and they have made all the difference in my skin. As the products are named, I saw results in two weeks, and the extended use has resulted in further improvements. my skin texture has been softer, more even, and my skin was less dehydrated at the end of the day — which was the holy-grail status elevator for me, and has been my primary skin struggle for some time now.
The duo has a 10,000ppm ceramide complex. The toner has two layers, a cream layer and a moisture layer, and is meant to be shaken well before use. It's suprisingly nourishing for a toner of such thin weight, but it makes it compatible for layering as needed. This toner has Centella Asiatica Extract, Milk Protein Extract, Avena Sativa (Oat) Meal Extract, Beta-Glucan, Ceramide NP, Sodium Hyaluronate, and Madecassoside.
I have found that my personal best use is to swap this toner out for a hydrating one every other use, as I do still suffer from dehydrated skin and TEWL problems in my climate and season.
Update 01/10/22: I went to visit my parents' house for a week and have been without this toner. My dehydrated skin is dry and tight by the afternoon. I have rotated around my moisturizers, cleansers, and serums depending on the weather, but have kept this toner the same, otherwise. Now that I am without it, my skin is quite sad. I look forward to using this again tomorrow when I go home.
