Waterfull Hyaluronic Acid Toner

I think that this toner gives the most hydration with only small amount of product (but not the moisturizing one). Slightly viscous texture but watery, lightweight, & slippery so it's easy to spread on the skin. It's fast absorbing and the slippery sensation will disappear in no time. Only a few drops in one layer already gives enough hydration but I need to use moisturizer or it will dry easily. I haven't experienced any irritation, there is no tingling on irritated skin too.

It was the bulky packaging and no cover on the nozzle cap.
