It has a lightweight, whipped texture and has no fragrance. Clinique states it is suitable for all skin types. I do feel and see a definite smoothness and suppleness within several minutes of using the product. The skin looks somewhat brighter as well. I’ve yet to have anything truly help my dark under eye circles and this is no exception. No miracles as of yet but with products like this it can take several weeks to see a significant difference. I plan to continue using it and if I see a significant chance may consider purchasing it.
