Jani review for Skin Fit Mineral Sun Cream SPF50/PA++++
Skin Fit Mineral Sun Cream SPF50/PA++++
I received this product for free from Picky and Benton in exchange for my honest review. It has a creamy and lightweight consistency that is just right, not too watery and not too dewy, which makes it easy to blend. On lighter skin tones, it appears with minimal to no white cast. When it dries down, it isn't too matte nor too dewy, making it great for all skin types. On my skin, the finish feels more like a semi-dewy finish but it isn't sticky at all and it doesn't make my face too oily throughout the day. The texture is also moisturizing which I like because I get to skip my moisturizer when I feel like doing a quick and simple routine. What I also like about this product is that compared to other mineral sunscreens that I've tried where my face usually itches a bit, I haven't noticed my face get itchy so far, which is a great plus! Lastly, the packaging is just simple and straightforward but is really efficient and easy to use.
Honestly, at first I had some trouble blending it seamlessly on my face. I applied two fingers worth of product all directly on my face and the white cast was prominent. But trying it again, I figured that I just need to apply thin layers (one finger worth of product) at a time. Although because of my minor blending problem, I feel like people with deeper skin tones might also have the same issue. Depending on their preference, they may or may not like the tone-up effect that it may leave. Another thing to note is that there's a noticeable scent to it probably from the essential oil, which could be bothersome to some people. The price point is slightly above my budget but it's definitely worth the money based on its performance.
