Easily a HG toner, especially for oily skin types! This toner has a brown hue with a strong herbal scent that I enjoy, and left a hydrating yet non-tacky finish. While green tea is the main ingredient in this toner, it is also packed with other really amazing ingredients like centella extract for soothing and willow bark extract for gentle chemical exfoliation. I have been using this toner rather consistently, and definitely have been noticing its sebum control effects, as I feel less oily throughout the day! (must be green tea doing the heavy work!) 💚 fragrance, Alcohol, eo free == great for sensitive skin! 💚 brownish liquid, high % of green tea extract (first ingredient in list) 💚 contains other beneficial ingredients, eg centella for soothing, willow bark extract for gentle exfoliation 💚 amazing for sebum control
