Vizojean review for Cica Care Purifying Toner

Toners are among my favourite categories when it comes to skincare and I have a habit of hoarding them because I find them the most versatile. I prefer watery toners like this because I can layer and use them according to what my skin is needing at a particular moment or based on the change of seasons. I had always wanted to try this Rovectin Cica Care toner and was elated to incorporate it into my routine as I'm using a host of acids and tretinoin atm. I use this twice daily right after cleansing or after acids at night. I love that it is watery and hydrating but not overtly tacky that it makes me unable to apply other products. There is a slight sweet scent which I like and reminds me of the Secret Key fermented essence which I used many years back. Watery toners like the Rovectin Cica Care toner are like the white or black shirts in your wardrobe. Simple, basic but really essential in completing a look (or skincare routine here). I have chronic dry and chapped lips 365 days a year and sometimes I accidentally peel the dead skin off and put myself in misery lol. I used this toner on my lips before applying my lip balms and it never stung! Other toners have always stung my raw and sore chapped skin so it goes to show that this truly is super gentle and soothing on the skin. I'd recommend this to everyone with any skin condition and all skin types.
