💄 hince - true dimension radiance balm (TP003 tender room)

to preface this, i'm a makeup newbie and i prefer the no makeup makeup kind of look.

the packaging of this balm is really sleek. i love all of hince's packaging. their products look and feel expensive (and they are 🫠).

there's no scent at all which surprised me. most makeup products i've seen are usually fragranced so this can be an option for those with sensitive skin.

the balm is super easy to use. it melts readily and creates a lightweight glossy film over the skin. however, that also means that it doesn't last long as it rubs off easily (especially under masks). i've also seen some reviewers saying that the balm moves their foundation around so it's best to use your fingers instead of applying it directly onto the skin.

the colour payoff is extremely subtle and sheer. it's not necessarily a bad thing since that's the intended effect. it's also great for newbies like me since it's really hard to go overboard with it. i had to layer it about 5 times to achieve the colour in the pic. no filter so y'all can see how it looks under indirect sunlight. the colour looks slightly different from their product pics under studio lighting. it looks a teeny bit warmer and peachier imo, depends on your skin tone and undertone though.

i like how it's a multi-use product so it helps me to save money 💸 you can use it as a highlight (the shades LT001 or TP001 would work best for that), blush, eyeshadow or a lip balm!

overall, i think it's a great product for those with fairer skin tone because the colour is sooo sheer and doesn't show up well on more melanated skin. if you're into the glossy and minimalist makeup look (think clean girl aesthetic), this product is for you!

seems like i only have good things to say about this balm but i promise it's reallyyyy nice. hince is also one of my fave brands so i may be biased ðŸ¤
