This toner wasn’t bad, I just also think that it wasn’t amazing either. It has a thin, watery texture and soaked into skin nicely. It was hydrating and worked fine, I just didn’t see any huge difference between this toner and a lot of other toners I have used like a lot of people have claimed. Also, I can’t stand the fragrance. The fragrance is perfumy and overpowering to me. There is a fragrance free version though, and I would be willing to give that one a try in a full size to see if I just need to use it for a longer period of time in order to see the benefits that everyone raves about.
